Houston: The largest city in the south and the 4th largest in the USA. The city is named for Sam Houston, who was largely responsible for winning Texas its independence from Mexico. Houston is probably best known around the world as the home of NASA's Mission Control. Situated to the southeast of the city in the Clearlake area, the NASA Space Center is just a stonesthrow from the pristine beaches of Galveston Bay.
